Mr. Marwa, good job choosing the black skirting which we call baseboard in the US. It makes the space visually more interesting. In regards to the doors, it seems the wood frame of the door is a reddish wood color.(different from the actual door) The rule of basic interior design, the same color needs to be repeated at least once or twice in the same space. You can accomplish this through vases, picture frames or other types of decor. Food for thought when you start to decorate the different spaces.

Hello Marwa, I must commend you for the good work you are doing. You have a beautiful house and from the previous video I remember you gave your reason for the necked service pipes on the exterior however my opinion is that the house is so elegant to have that 'dirt'. Please ask your engineer to duct them with steel trucks and use alucobond cladding or similar cladding material at least to hide them and still give room for future maintenance of the pipes like you said.
