Overtakes, penalties and collisions were the order of the day in the Qualifying Hansen and Gilmour match. Hansen grabbed a much needed win right on the finish line.

Some body help me-- the white boat was on starboard tack, so it was the blue boats duty to give right of way---I thought?

blue boat on starboard tack too.. but white was higher (on wind). higher should give a way to lower.
