What A Maxed Out Assassin Looks Like in AC Unity

I've been doing a series called "Maxed Out Assassins", where I showcase gameplay from different Assassin's Creeds once you reach the endgame and have unlocked everything. They're supposed to showcase the ultimate version of the assassin in each game. This is not necessarily the most canon version, although they tend to overlap in the old games because they were made with the assassin power fantasy in mind.
AC Unity is a bit of a special case because so much of what makes an assassin "maxed out" in this game has to do with Arno as a character and his relationship with parkour and NPCs. AC Unity is a complete sandbox game, and while it does help a lot to have a bunch of tools at your disposal, what makes gameplay truly advanced is the way Arno is able to use Paris as his playground. Arno, at his best, could wipe out any enemy camp without any upgrades at all, especially if you know how to play him properly, and the additional tools add a bit of thematic fun. So I hope you enjoy this showcase in this classic AC unity mission.

Awe doesn't even begin to describe how I feel when I watch you play AC Unity. 3:21 Pickpocketing that enemy before carving another hole in his head was adding insult to injury, which he entirely deserved. 😈 My favorite thing about AC Unity is the setting, Ubisoft did an amazing job at recreating 18th-century revolutionary Paris. I still get goosebumps every time I lay eyes on Notre Dame de Paris cathedral.

Yeah, at first I was sad when I noticed there wasn't any guards patrolling the rooftops in normal places, just like in the 4 first games, but when I saw that those shooters can see you at the other side of the city I changed my mind

First game since AC 2 where you actually feel like you’re an assassin again. It’s not other games were bad, obviously loved black flag and even enjoyed 3. But that didn’t feel like I was a true assassin of the brotherhood. This game made me feel like I could immerse and role play again.

How do you move so smoothly? I keep getting stuck on everything and Arno sometimes just doesn’t want to jump or he’ll jump onto the wrong thing and won’t want to get down no matter how much I spam buttons. And ugh! People praise it’s parkour but it feels the same as Odyssey my first game.

Unity was just the almost perfect game with a kind of boring story. Stealth was great, combat was great, parkour was great. Even down to the clothing he actually looked like he was meant to go unnoticed. Apart from the huge sword on his back which I never had I always used a sword as it hid by his side a bit more.
