You do realize that batman almost died at least twice in the Arkham game? He only survived due to his allies which he didn't have in ssktjl. I'm referring to Harley Quinn's Revenge and Arkham City

Or batfamily like jason or Alfred even gordon more makes sense if he kill batman because he goes to evil. But why Harley she killed a bunch of kids in previous games. that's why Jason want to kill joker because harley and joker killed and slaughtered kids.joker killed batman more makes more sense because he is batman arch nemesis, and Alfred or gordon killed batman because they're his allies, or if you want someone to kill batman just showed up deathstroke he more have arcnemesis moment rather than Harley.
