Instead of building a new yard with such a small amount of space recognized after you build and not much land ,I would see about buying Peter woods;s old cow farm you used to manage for him,Lots more space and more land and the value of your property would go along way in financing it,You need to think bigger and not be hamstrung by the size of your farm even after you build a new yard...Just my opinion though,Great job on the series ,I really look forward to each video ,,,Thank You!!

Hey daggerwin great episode again you should get $1750 for ur mower with all the other attachments its far and I guess the hospital kicked out Dennis oh no now back to short text from him or should I say orders from him he needs to pay u more for looking after farm while he was in hospital and pay increase per week to $500 a week u do a lot more than just looking after his sheep but yes I can't wait to see the yard improved with more sheds but daggerwin you should really put it with you're other sheds down the back as u no that you have bad luck with people breaking in or stealing something if its down the back beside ur house you would be safer please think about it cheers

you should put the yard extension in behind the existing yard and knock out the wall opposite your shed so your main yard area is actually bigger. although you might have to move a gateway or make a track with a bend but it would give you more space and keep everything in one area

Hang on to the Allis Chalmers. You don’t need the funds at the moment and it’s the slow time of the season to sell. Late spring would be the time to get the best price as folks will be looking for a small tractor for yard work. IMO Cheers

When you build the new yard you should put a small track that goes around the back of the home and joins up to the other track that leads down to the present yard for easy access without having to use the road all the time, plus it gives you two ways into your farm

What is wrong with the silo near the horse area? I think I would be inclined to place the new barn area beside the horse pen accessing it via the gate that enters the grass field. Move that gate to create a new access the the field so that all the barns and storage remain close together. Just my two cents
