Okay can I just say that you are so so diligent with your meal prep and its so inspiring for me (especially getting meal ideas as a fellow veg girlie!) and I LOVE that you really embody balance. It's hard watching these what I eat in a week videos because you never know what youre gonna get but you truly feed yourself well with meal prep and prioritize nourishment but also listen to your body and eat your cravings/fun foods because thats what life is all about and I loooove that. Here are some ideas what to do with leek: either a salad (yes you can it raw) with sweet corn, mayo, pineapple, some fermented veggies OR a soup with cream, cheese and „minced meat“ . I like both very much

Honestly, I would love to have a veg delivery service like local roots available.
