What a physical therapist does when she sprains her own ankle

I dunno if I was this therapist's orthopedic specialist, just looking at the swelling of the toes and the light bruising in her heel...I'm sorry I'm prescribing a hard walking cast for 4 weeks and ruining your summer lol. Studies in the UK have proven that 2 to 4 weeks in a hard short leg walking cast for a grade 2 sprain or higher provides not only a faster recovery, extreme reduction in patient pain and discomfort but better prognosis as well.

@Waste Ninja thanks for your comment however we had her jumping on 1 foot within two weeks. She is at the beach right now as we speak walking barefoot on the sand! Just goes to show that physical therapy that is just a little different - or maybe a lot different - from the usual physical therapy can make light years difference! Let’s do a new research study to prove it!
