I love how you stop at details that seem meaningless to someone who's not in the industry and explain and give anecdotes, also when you said "im not trying to make this about me" NO I LOVE WHEN YOU MAKE IT ABOUT YOU, i love when you share personal stories and advice, so excited to see the rest!

Something to consider on the time frame of paying back Cicero. They are still going to sell sandwiches during the day. That could be more than 10k a week right there.

Definitely - extra revenue streams help a ton, especially later on this season where they imply that it'll be higher margin with just 1-2 people running the window.

Absolutely hated this show. Season 1 was a bit tolerable. Season 2 was trash. And the idiots in my kitchen coming in and asking me why we aren't running a brigade style kitchen made it even worse for me.
