@@tennisbrothers One leg balance exercises Its one of the secrets to developing a good ball toss in the serve because to serve good and consistently you need good balance. It looks like you got the butt lined up with the incoming ball ok for the backhand slice that's the way I prefer to do it but I like to go more through the ball instead of always across to punch the ball more through the court to put more pace and skid and depth and some buggy whip on it to skim it just over the net and that allows the ball to drive always deep with heavy skid instead of falling short if you try to just float it back, so I don't do that floating slice as I found that float slice like moonballs can turn into sitters if they fall short because players who have fast feet around the court can easily run the floater down and got plenty of time to set up and crush those balls. The forehand and backhand topspin looks solid. I prefer driving them using the butt. Some players still use the strings. But I prefer pronation to drive the ball with.

Good luck on your journey Felix! That being said remember to hydrate as much as possible while taking creatine as not drinking enough water can seriously damage your body. In one of the tournaments I played in the summer a boy on the court next to me collapsed with liver failure because he was taking creatine without drinking nearly enough water.
@felipedeabreuprazeres56902 жыл бұрын
Wow that's a good thing to know. I did not know that creatine had to be taken with good amount of water
@R4_iny2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, really important to keep in mind nowadays as temperatures are rising everywhere and droughts are occurring more often

Lol the amount of extra water 10g of creatine requires is neglible compared to the amount of water you would lose due to sweating. Creatine is very safe.
@DurpenHeimer2 жыл бұрын
I highly doubt creatine is the reason for LIVER FAILURE. He probably had other issues he wasn’t aware of. That said, the protocol for creatine is 5g/day with minimum 50oz of water.
@hattorihanzo1582 жыл бұрын
Creatine is one of the most, if not THE most researched supplement and considered very safe. I have never heard of a case of liver failure that was caused by creatine and I could not explain how it should cause it. (I'm a med student close to graduation)

Can you make a video about injury prevention and warm ups exercises? I know it is something alot of people want to see and something which will help alot of people like myself. Being injured for the past few months with a shoulder injury, I would love to see how you manage injuries.

Since you replied to my concern that recording your journey might be detrimental to the journey itself, stating that it's probably the only way you can make the journey in the first place, my admiration for it all only increased. You are close to pro level (your goal) and living the life of a professional, undeniably so. Good luck!

You made a good decision shooting for a career in ATP. You have a lot of what it takes to go far, and if you didn’t go for it , you would spend the rest of your life lamenting and wondering how far you may have gone. You will have a sharp mind until you are 80 or so , but right now and for the next 15 years is the ONLY time that your body will be up to the work that it will take to bring you as far as you can go. IF , going pro doesn’t render what you expect , you can then go back to school and earn a degree.

If you want some strong players to hit with, they can give you a very good hit.

Hey man. I wish you all the best in your journey. Regarding your workout, I dont like the way you are doing dips. The way you do them puts a lot of pressure in the shoulders, and you can easily injure them (like I have done in the past). When doing dips, you should lean forward. Pretend somehow that you are doing push-ups. This way you keep your shoulders healthy
