@Robert Brown I hear people say that a LOT! Some say every generation never likes the "new music" but SO many people are really not into this so called music of the 2000's. There have been a handful of artists from the 90's and a couple from beyond that are pretty good but nothing will ever compare to the REAL music from 60's-80's! 80's produced some of the best artists and music. Come on..who could compare to someone like Prince, Bon Jovi, Crue, Madonna...just to name a few! It's RAD! ✌💗🎶😁

@Robert Brown I’m 56 and graduated high school in 1983. That was my coming of age decade. The 80s was chock full of cookie cutter commercial crap. MTV basically ended the album oriented rock format that made 70s radio so great and brought back the shitty singles mentality

@@lorijohnston4311 the Scorpions are one of the best metal bands! Beautiful song as well! People don't write songs that are that touching today unless it's a solo singer such as Adele or Celine Dion. This video ended up being the most requested video on MTV’s Countdown and then they changed it where a video could only be on the countdown for a limited amount of time. I think that rule was created because this video. It was the winning song for 30 days straight. MTV wanted it off the countdown to give other bands and solo artists a chance to be voted number one on the countdown. There’s no telling how many more times it would have been voted by fans as the best song and video on the countdown. It became the Crue Rule. Ekectra Records didn’t like the song and didn’t want it added to the Theatre of Pain album. The band payed to have it added to the album. It’s considered by many as their best song, but Dr. Feelgood is their biggest hit single which reached to number 6 on the Billboard Charts in 1989.

I know you must already know the lead singer is Vince Neil. But the girl that is singing with him in the microphone from the audience is singing the lyrics to Shout at the Devil with him, word for word. It's just a piece of video from a different song of the same concert. I've seen this band six times since the 1980s and it was a sight to behold and one of the best experiences of my youth, every single time I saw them play. On the other hand, I grew up with bands like this and went to the shows, as many as I could afford to. @@gerardcote8391 And if you really want to see Maiden "putting on a show" check out that video from '87, when they trolled that German tv show that told them at the last minute they had to lip sync to the studio version of Wasted Years, rather than actually play the song on set. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e6asoJ9saNR0o6s Quality is... 80s mediocre, but so funny!

@@MsCatstaff now that is revenge. Never mess with people who perform live. If your a Maiden fan check out the band Lovebites, they were started by Miho and Haruna, who were members of the Fantasy Metal band Destrose. Miho was a big fan of Ironmaiden and wanted to start a group that would play Ironmaiden style music. They got 2 of the best guitarists on the planet and have some of the best solos I have ever seen. Check this out for an example Type Lovebites Scream for Me live Daughters of the Dawn, to see them play live.

So right!! If there was enough left of the band after the show to be able to walk off stage, we didn't feel we'd gotten a show. Now? Some people strut around on stage, mug at the audience and THAT is considered a show. I like how the bands of that era had to be mopped up with a towel from all the sweat afterwards the show.

One of my favorite concerts- Ratt opened for Motely Crue an I was 7 months pregnant watching the crowd break down the security barriers to reach the stage. Second time seeing them got to see Tommy’s revolving drum kit. Good times😁

Mötley Crüe was my first Concert, at the Tacoma Dome with Tesla lol when I had just turned 14, June 8th 1990. I've been to many since then, at various increasing degrees of heaviness, the Metal, until I started getting older and the last concert I went to was Tom Petty and Jackson Browne in Portland Oregon. (Clearly I've slowed down considerably lol) Anyway, I will always remember that first concert more clear and vividly than any other. It was amazing.

Your next Mötley Crüe video should be kickstart my heart. It is probably their most rocking song. BTW, I wanted to mention that I love how you guys face the camera while the video plays behind you. This is something I haven't seen on other reaction videos. I like it because we all get to see the looks on your faces when you're seeing and hearing these things for the first time. Great work! Keep 'em coming!

Yes 80s. May I suggest an Australian artist. Our much beloved John Farnham. He has a big list but may I suggest. Every time you cry? Very much recommend.... Rocker group about this time... Guns and Roses, Welcome to the jungle. And if you want costumes you gotta react to KISS.

Hello Cuties! One of the absolute best glam rock groups for sure. Mötley Crue! They dont excuse themselves ever! They are the only group that can make a hard rock show out of a slow rock song. Girls, girls, girls is my fav song for sure from them, ampng so many others. And they are best seen live! Thanks for playing this! BIG hugs!

It was soooooo much fun growing up in the 80s. Tommy Lee was the absolute #1 reason I feel in love with drumming and became a lifelong drummer. Stage shows today cannot compare with what we experienced then. Yeah we looked different, but we didn't want to hurt anyone and just wanted to have a good time. For those of us that survived it, it was truly an experience we will always remember and cherish. I'm soon to be 52, and most of us have calmed down a bit now, but it was probably the most fun we ever had in our entire lives! No era can even come close!
