In his IG "story" Alex said once that there was a metal piece of the saw that got launched in his head while doing some "hand-work" metal/wood cutting. So he got really lucky that this metal piece flew on the side of his face. Can`t prove that it is so, but I'm 90% sure about it.

Scarification is what the actual name is of the “tattoo” i guess you would say on his face. Literally they professionally scar your skin if that makes sense. To me seems more painful than an actual tattoo but im too much of a bitch to try it

Depends on what you would deem more painful honestly...do remember tattooes are being repeatedly needle injected over many hours whilst scarification is ultimately a faster process, unless say someone wanted layering for whatever reason. I got a scarred uroboros on my back and it wasn't TOO awful to me, mind anaesthetics would be applied unless you specifically ask (give consent) for them not to
