My rule for get together banners are that I don't pull on them unless I want either of the characters. If I consider just one of the two a skip I don't pull. I have 0 interest in Xavier. So I'm going to skip.

@@DasShekati I'm actually wanting both Alexi and Innana. I want Alexi to go with my Simona & i want Innana bc she is just a good unit in general. I'm waiting to see which one the game gives me first from losing a 50/50 & then after i get one i'll use the 30$ selector on the other. I'll probably use that selector you get in the dupe shop to get LilyWill so she can pair with my NonoWill.

F2P and light spenders should not pull on this banner. You might go 180 summons deep, and still not get Inanna. We'll get a better dual banner in the future with Inanna and a more valuable character, or you can pick her up on the selector (character shards selector eventually for free, or the paid one if you spend a bit). Be strong and don't pull if you care about your pull resources, and getting important upcoming characters!

Eh mine is different. For some reason I have better luck on destined banner instead of debut. 40 summons got me 2 Momo + 1 Nono. Meanwhile 100 summons deep for Cocoa, no other SSR. Soft pity luckily win 50-50 😅

It took me 90 to get Cocoa. Didn't need pity, but it's still a lot. So if I want to get Homa, Saffiyah, etc I need to save pulls so I don't run out when it counts. But do whatever is fun for you. I'm just trying to help because a lot of people on comments and Reddit often complain that the summons are not enough. If you think it's not enough, then you gotta spend it wisely. Congrats on Cocoa :)

@@thetaerdin my major gripe with SoC banner is as the OP stated. Destined banner is bad. I kinda agree we need more summons because destined banner is bad. Skipping in this game felt horrible. BUT you might get them from 100 guarantee from universal pity. Maybe.. just maybe Hoyoverse have spoiled us all. With gems + limited banner. I don't pull much in other games because I skip a lot. This game make real FOMO. At least maybe.. make the free selector a bit cheaper.

@@thetaerdin it's Reddit afterall. A place where people like to complain about everything. And I used to call those who complain a lot as loud minority. Almost in all game not only gacha, they exist. Thing is most people who got lucky obviously won't complain, they just being happy in their own time hence why you'd likely only see some people flexing their gacha pull and the rest is complaining they keep hitting pity. Idk why some people have to think that they must pull those character or else their account is ruined lol. I only pull for waifu (especially Vlder) and based on tier list people refer to, the only Tier 0 I have is Beryl (before Cocoa pull) and yet I'm clearing everything regardless. You don't even use those T0 for tower anyway, they are pretty much useless.

xavier despite being low tier overall, he is actually ranked really high in live pvp. mainly because he goes first and charges enemy and slows down the entire team while also softening them up. leaves space for rest of your team and go in and dog pile the enemy. if you ever play live pvp, he is a menace and will carry the fight.

That may be true but I’ve faced many Xaviers in PVP and I rarely lose to his teams. He isn’t strong enough to carry his comps.

Xavier kit is good for dispelling multiple buffs & cut down enemies SPD. -100 SPD in PvP is a different maker, cz you can launch consecutive attack & kill dangerous unit easily.

@@hanslim4031 He hits like a truck and when you're a F2P player who's got half their team committed to Maitha and Faycal, he will find his way on the team. Being said, on auto he will completely ignore that his attack hits anything other than the single brain cell target infront of him and will explode every barrel that happens to be near him and anyone else around.

We need to stop referring to tier lists. They're so often just piles of shit. ESPECIALLY that tier list there. People have no idea what they're talking about. Inanna is over hyped, and Xavier is much better than tier 3.

I think people are sleeping on X. His base damage is low initially, but once you start stacking his buffs, he starts to shine. Plus, dude seems like he is immortal with all the healing and Musou... like he's good to go handle multiple enemies solo.

Oh nice! I'm still trying to get innana also def would love a dupe of Xavier! Idc about tiers cuz Xavier is fun as he'll to use! Also kind of a nice break not having to try hard.

I'v had her from release and she is really useful. Double turning your damage dealer can setup some burst turns. Her guard is handy for drawing the enemy attacks. That said, she isnt needed by any means and when i just need someone to push hp bars up, i still use Angel fairly often

With how delayed auguste is, it’s probably better to just wait for Tristan. His 5* will get out performed by 2* Tristan and we probably won’t even have him to 5* by that point.

Xavier has a fun niche. I use him on Clash and some tower stages. You can build him as "first turn nuke" and he'll take 2 to 6 units out in 1 hit. Follow it up with Simona who goes right after him? Easy wins.

my arena team is unbeatable because of him.. i just place him in the front with the rest and he goes first everytime and basically sweep 4 people or leave them with almost 5-10% hp then the ice princess goes second and wipe them everytime.. before the enemy team gets a turn they have 1 or 2 units left..i know arena is nothing but its fun for me to watch the replay and see what my team is doing every fight.

@@JTT126 i got both his lvl 55 ability incase you need to know.. so next turn he can still use a 1 energy skill that can push people off. i also equiped the spd passive so he basically always go first.. that all his 3 skills.

If you want to make the most of xavier outside of turn 1 pvp, evergreen amulet procs on every hit of all his aoes if he has the lifesteal skill on

Combine that with the 60% damage with 6 buffs and aoe causes scorch and lifedrain in SoD and he made the 10 round irian tournament surprisingly easy

I have xavier. Spear of Iria is a bad skill. You get the passive at turn 1, then you have an empty ability slot for 5 turns. That's a lot of turns tbh

Xavier is a pvp-based character for sure. the aim is just, wreak havoc to enemy lineup on the 1st turn. getting them to Injured/Dying debuff. thats all the good thing about him. such a pure mess

Only thing i dislike about xavier is for a breaker he has little def/mag def break aoe skills . The speed down skill paired with charge talent skill can do some hefty damg . Especially if you can get a tank that can jump to his aid and Inanna to give him another turn close enough. He can get 3 turns . Still would like to see some more hefty def debuff aoe skill for like def 2 or 3 down . To really accel his breaker class.

Don't pull on double banner, if you only want one of the two units. Also, PvE Tier List and PVP Tier List are very different. Some characters are polar opposite on the two lists.

Innana being the unit I got from my Beginner Banner: I haven't gotten as much value out of her compared to Angel and Samantha. If you aren't doing content that directly benefits from her Act Again (like PvP), I sincerely think she is a pass. If you want her for "Healing Support", other units can do her job as well.

@@MoonSnail75Heck yeah, especially with units like Acabe to take advantage of that. For me though, I would rather build/buff Rawiyah or Maitha to take some hits. But in Clash, Inanna is super useful. I guess it depends on what you want to use her for.

Absolutely a trap banner. Do not pull. Wait for the character selector from shards if you’re set on inanna. Save gems for saff, homa, acambe, auguste, Tristan, whoever, but not this banner. The odds of pulling a garbage tier unit instead of inanna are WAY too high.

i currently use leonde. not sure why hes so low.... his attacks are fun and he can travel farther then most ppl lol also teadon is bottom tear and he has probably the best sprite in the game

more power to ya and glad ya like a character for their gameplay, Teadon does have a nice sprite but his gameplay is personally not for me. The charts mostly for min max type meta people which is fine, but thats the only real reason some char you may enjoy for any reason arent as high as others. DPS chars are notoriously short lived, tanks and supports generally last longer, but Teadon doesnt have enough in his kit to really compete with other tanks in the content that they are putting out

I feel like a lot of the meta is built around Tower of Adversity, which we don't have yet. Particular characters work really well there, so people value them more. Some rewards can only be obtained from that mode, and the rewards are score based so people are focused on it a lot. But if you're the kind of player who enjoys just messing around with whatever characters you get, then that's totally valid too. Don't let other people dictate how you have fun :)

It's a bait banner, I'm skipping. I already have Samantha to like 3* trying for Dantalion early on, so I'm good. And no, I don't care that he's not optimal, he's useful for magic damage(which is cracked, esp in tower), AoEs, self sustain and I like him a lot.

Xavier I think is the second worst legend in the game right now. He is suoer cool looking and is amazing vs trash mobs but also like...why do I want someone amazing vs trash mobs. Maybe that 40% reduction makes him reasonable in pvp but I'm not seeing it. He basically needs to run in survive a round start the round next to someone to get his damage buff then use a big aoe that lowers speed. Seems to Disneyland to actually be good.

Xavier is what you call a Tank Setter. You wait for the moment to burst your enemies with the speed debuff. He can Tank Assasination Pick offs with that Damage Reduction Buff. The best way to use him is to know when you need to commit and jump
