Boy oh boy, you have a way with words. This song epitomizes so many people's experience today and it is sung in such a sincere tone. I'm so sorry that you are made to feel this way, it is not a reflection of you in any way but of how we have collectively let things go. It is a product of an overall lack of empathy. But you, Simon are a singer, a songwriter, an artist and that is exactly what the world needs right now. Always, since the beginning of time, people have followed the artists, especially in desperate times. The world has gotten meaner but you aren't and what you create isn't.
