He is telling a story of his friend, Mero Solta means My Friend, Laure or Lahure means 'Soldier' in Nepali language, he brought the name Laure from it, Laure's actual name is Aashish Rana Magar. There is a tradition of Laure in Magar, Limbu and Gurung community in Nepal. They were trained hard to be selected in British Army, Indian Army, Singapore contingent. He and his friend once trained to be in British Army, Laure failed in the selection but his friend got selected. This song is about losing a friend in the battlefield. He dedicated this song to his friend's legacy.
