I am so impressed as you are doing so good, but can i suggest one thing? Hajurle khane kura dida chai you can add formula milk to it. I was suggested by doctor that until the baby gets one year, the food you give shouldn't completely replace milk. You can add formula to the food and add required water to get required consistency for baby

Thank you for informative video. Stage 2 (second food) meaning stage 1 milk haina but stage 1 means first food that is one grain food like oats or rice cereal as solid start garne bitikai 2 or more ingredients wala khana Dina mildaina baby lai. I am also curious to know how much milk you give in a day since in this video you just mentioned milk once (150ml).

Yeah Dikshya Dhakal is right breastfeeding or formula feeding is first for a baby but whenever you start feeding solid it starts from the first food like oatmeal or rice cereals. you can't start solid with 2 or more ingredients. Cause we are not just starting feeding, we are also checking food allergies in babies. 1 stage solid starts from 3 months of you wants to feed.

Reeccha jee my suggestion/recommendation is please use silicone spoon rather than other spoon for feeding. There are a couple of reasons most doctors and parenting experts agree that infants shouldn’t use metal spoons when they’re just beginning to eat solids. Metal is hard on their teeth and gums Metal is extremely temperature sensitive It probably won’t be too heavy for a baby to lift and eat from, but if they were to swing it around and clonk themselves on the head or in the eye, it would probably do more damage than a light silicon spoon . Most parents wait until around 18 months or older to introduce “adult” spoons and forks. They’re not necessarily all that dangerous, but it’s better to wait to introduce metal spoons and cutlery until: Your baby isn’t biting everything in sight Your baby has pretty good motor control (and won’t hit or poke themselves with the metal) Your baby has made a lot of progress eating with utensils (metal cutlery can slow this down) Please don’t mind hai sis just good things to share . We live in Australia and we have also baby boy which is 4 months old . Feeling every day excitement being a new parents.
