@@popgasdawoo4996 i hate to break it to you but kuminga's defence is ass 98 percent of the time. you cant take 1 quarter and use that as the example of kuminga defence cuz most of the time he play no defence. when he doesnt have the ball, kuminga does nothing for you off ball most of the time. and his decision making also tells you he doesnt have high basketball IQ. its why the warriors didnt give him a rookie extension.

@@BURDENS1 @burdens whats happening is the kings are trying to convince their franchise player to stay. they fired their coach but the kings problem is their defence is pure ass, including sabonis, and derozan, huerter and the rest of the team. so if they can get him to stay, they likely do a swing for the fences trade with other players. but they have limited assets. so they need to get defence minded players. they likely have to ship out derozan cuz he is pure ass on defence and he doesnt show up in the playoffs. might have to be like derozan and huerter and 2-3 picks to nets for cam thomas and dfs. sabonis is under contract so they likely move him in summer of they are blowing it up, as that salary will be too hard to move before playoffs to a contender. teams not as willing to give up players off their rotation before playoffs.

honestly bro, as a warriors fan i could see fox or sabonis fitting our system, but i’d honestly prefer a true 7ft defensive minded center. we’re way too small as currently constructed. sabonis would fix that, but not defensively.

Also, my point in bringing up Charlotte was yes they are terrible so being competent might be valuable to them the same way it was to the Kings. To the defense point, it's not as simple as getting a rim protector, we've seen Sabonis and Vucevic be a part of the top 10 defenses in recent years. Getting arguably the best rebounder in the NBA and a great passer to outlet to your shooters?? I'm honestly confused about how it's not a fit but we can disagree. I'm not saying bet the house on Sabonis but he's going to be cheap and imo fits perfectly with your best player, maybe we have a fundamental disagreement on who LaMelo is as a player and that's fine.
