Respected sir in year 2010 Dec my employer have lodged complaint against me for temporary misappropriation of funds and forgery which have been converted into information only and all pending procedures have been closed and than after department enquiries they have dismissed blocking all terminal benefits including monthly pension. We have filed mercy petitions into high court of Gujarat and request hon. Courts to instruct employers to lower down the penulty court have instructed us to file special application to highest authority for review and ask authority to see on sympathetic approach but nothing accepted by authorities. After six years some other desk official have filed court case against us and purus in very serious situation. Now what can we do ?? Can we go to high court for quashing of court case.?? Please guide. We are passing through very serious situation since last eleven years mentaly and financially. Thanks.

साहेब , नमस्ते हम गुजरात भुज छोड़कर अहमदाबाद निवास करते है तभी हमें भुज मे सामने वाले दबँग वकील 66A पुलिस ने मिलकर दिनांक : 26/9/2021 को बिना कोर्ट परमिशन धारा 498/500/114 और साइबर 66a/b/c लगा कर तुरंत दिनांक :27/9/21 को C समरी भरकर FIR रद कर दिया कारण दो है एक धारा 498/500 बिना कोर्ट और 66A वर्ष :2015 को रद कर दिया फिर भी पुलिस ने मिलकर दिनांक : 27/9/21 और 28/9/21 को न्यूज के माध्यम से प्रसिद्ध कर बदनाम कर दिया मतलब झूठे केस बनाने के पीछे हम गुजरात हाईकोर्ट मे पिटीशन दायर की है तोह सर गुजरात भुज मे झूठे केस को बदनाम कर दिया तोह केस भुज कोर्ट मे न करके हम अहमदाबाद कोर्ट मे शिकायत कर सकते है ? सामने वाले वकील और पुलिस है इसलिए दोनों ने क़ानून का उलंगन कर हमें बदनाम करने की साजिश रची हुई

sir in September this year one of our neighbors and my family got into a fight actually the thing was he was drunk that day and got injured by himself and started putting false allegations on my father and brothers of getting him injured. My brother called the police and the police came but instead of arresting him they took my brother with them they did not also filled an fir against him. Then this man went to the police station and filled an FIR and on the basis of that the police put my father and brother into jail at 2 pm in the night. In the morning they got bail after appearing in front of the judge. The last hearing was on 22nd of November and everything got sorted and the case was closed. We even gave 25k to him for the settlement afterwards. Sir honestly all we were wanted was the peace of mind. BUT now 4 days back three policeman came again with an MLC of him and said he again has filled an FIR in high court against my father and brother and the police is saying either you have to give money or go to jail for 15 days sir is it right? I mean if he had to file an MLC then why did he not do it earlier. Now when the case is ended then why is it happening all over again. They also have no proof then how can they say with the confidence and putting false allegations on us. Sir we really have no idea what should we do please give me some piece of advice. Hoping for a reply from u sir.
