Children don’t need an agenda. Denying truth doesn’t change anything. Leave children alone and frankly no one cares about who does what with any partner or how you choose to live your life but stop trying to cram this down a child’s throat. They deserve to grow into adolescence and make up their own minds with the parents input not a school or business!

Children aren't collectively capable of having an agenda, that is an adult distinction, and especially so among people of faith. In this case, that agenda is one of shaping children into the adults we think they should be, thus stripping them of the personal autonomy which would otherwise allow them to become the people they naturally are. Blue for boys, pink for girls, a ball for Johnny, a doll for Mary...it's better to have kids who typify "the norm" than to have kids happy just being themselves.

I just had to exempt my son from attending “Comprehensive Sex Education” that Pacific Grove Middle School, Pacific Grove CA contracted Planned Parenthood for the instruction materials. Indoctrination at public schools is happening now.

Whether God created the world is not what is important here, which would be history. It's that children are confusing what they want to be with what exists, not how it got here. Beyond the physical, we are spirit, not bodies and we need to set that understanding for ourselves in order to teach it. John 3:6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. John 7:24 Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment. That understanding allows us to connect with God rather than the world to know who we are and that will give us more than what appears in the world which is our purpose. Of course if you want to keep going believing you will always be a body, you won't be born again.

I understand scripture and I don't see anything wrong with expanding my idea of what gender identity is - let people be who they are - talk to parents with kids who are non-binary. I am tired of these traditional Christian/inflexible thinkers - there are articles that challenge this discussion and that there are some outdated mindsets in the bible. Leave schools alone. Know what is and is not being taught in school. There are trans kids and others who identify 2LGBTQIA+, should they be told it's wrong to be who they are? The church has become a harmful space.

Understand when parents are told their child/young teen is having complicated thoughts related to their identity, parents are not the most receptive to that in certain families? Why place kids in more harm when school is often a safe space for kids whose parents won't accept them/who they are. Why is male/female the ONLY genders, doesn't gender fluidity play a role in the depth of who we are as humans? Why try to control people with the bible? Let them have their own relationship with God. Parents do not know everything. There are plenty of harmful messaging out there around how schools play a role. This is just one more broadcast that spreads potentially harmful messaging.

I know exactly how it affect's kid's unfortunately...my ( daughter) who is almost 21 told me about 2 year's or so ago that she was transitioning...i was heartbroken, because for 1. Now i knew i wasn't going to have anymore grandkid's, 2. She has lost her chance to go to heaven, she totally refuse's to talk about God or Jesus and therefore will not repent...3. Want's to stay in her abhorrent relationship and live in this world (also a weed freak and drink's a lot)...all i can do is keep praying for her and my oldest boy (29) who has a laundry list of trouble's himself (spiritually, physically, financially, and legally) looking at possible 2 year's prison for drinking and driving several time's and other offense's...guess i wasn't a good enough father even though i tried to teach them right from wrong...these school's have indoctrinated our kid's for the last 10 to 12 year's or so...just more proof we are in the last day's as the bible prophesied...everything going on worldwide from the war's to the weather and earthquake's, and volcanoe's going off in various place's...all these sign's happening all at once is proof these are the last day's

Man and woman denote biological sex. That's not what gender is. God didn't speak at all of gender, as the concept is manmade and didn't became identified, termed, and discussed until centuries after the inception of Christianity. Gender is not biologically determined, it's a highly nuanced concept relating to such matters as ipseity and culture.

@@teptime You need to go back to school and read the Bible again. Just because the word gender is not used we are not stupid. Gender is in relation to if someone is male or female, not all these make believe satanic Genders that just confuse everyone especially the person doing it. When someone messes with simple terms that are based in fact and not fiction then that becomes dangerous. With Male and Female there are different distinctions that we associate with that Gender. There is nothing that Factually is distinctive with all these made up Genders that by the way don't create life but death and disease.

One's sex is biologically determined, whereas gender is a nuanced, conceptual asservation marked by characteristics *typically attuned to one's sex*, but equally relevant to matters of ipseity and culture(example- notions about infants...blue is for boys, and pink is for girls...a ball for Bobby, a doll for Jane). This is not some radical or new ideology, it's just that the word "gender" has become roundly decontextualized by decades of broad-range misuse as a synonym for biological sex. Gender is neither expressly male nor female, but usually typifies one or the other by virtue of one's biological sex. This is not, however, always the case, as is evident in tomboys, some LGBT people, etc.

@@teptime The word gender originally did refer to sex. It wasn't until the 1950s that looney psychologists like John Money started separating it from sex. Then the social sciences, arts, and humanities started adopting it. So basically this entire thing was invented by fields that don't qualify as real science.
