Sir, Many thanks for this informative video. Say my CSAB choice list is as follows: 1. MNNIT Allahabad ECE 2. IIIT Allahabad ECE 3. MNNIT Allahabad EE (got thru JoSAA) In the CSAB Seat Matrix published, there is no seat vacant for MNNIT Allahabad ECE. If someone who got that seat in JoSAA moved to some other colleges/branches in CSAB making the seat vacant, can I get that seat in CSAB although it is not there in published seat matrix. Please inform.
