I'd love to see you bring some insight into the lost teams, like the Philadelphia Athletics, St. Louis Browns, etc. I'm 32 years old and would consider myself a die-hard Philadelphia Athletics fan (they're the one Philadelphia sports team that cannot disappoint me). So I'd really appreciate any recognition from someone with your acumen. :)

I want to do something on the Browns and Athletics moving to Baltimore and Kansas City in the 1950s. Both teams had passionate fan bases. I look forward to the reading and research.

We need bots calling balls and strikes so that calls are quick, correct, and consistent. Umpires can focus on on-the-field calls with instant replay backups.

I would not be surprised if bots are calling the strike zone in 5 years.

@thebaseballprofessor this is a reupload. I watched this video like 2 weeks ago when you uploaded it. Why the repost??????

It's the same content. I felt like getting a better quality on some of the video elements. Also, I added quite a few audio effects. Minor stuff, but I couldn't help myself.

Poems? Ask it to write a poem about Trump, it will refuse. Turn around and ask it to write a poem about biden and it'll spew forth a poem. It's not ai, it's leftist.

It did not. In the realm of politics, a name well-known, Donald Trump emerged, a figure brightly shown. A businessman turned leader, with grandeur and flair, A man who sparked emotions, evoking both praise and despair. With words that thundered like a roaring tide, He built a brand that no one could hide. Controversial, unyielding, his voice rang clear, Provoking division, drawing both far and near. His charisma commanded the center stage, An unconventional leader in this modern age. Bold promises flowed from his silver tongue, Stirring fervor, with his vision among. He championed change, with walls to be built, To secure a nation, so many hopes were built. His policies brimmed with a fiercely guarded stance, Stirring debate, as the nation took its chance. Critics found fault, while supporters stood strong, A polarizing figure, who could do no wrong. From Twitter's realm, his messages did spread, A unique style, stirring fire, often leaving us misled. Yet amid the storm, his impact remained, Shaking the foundations where politicians reigned. Jobs and markets rose, or so it seemed, His supporters rejoiced, while others deemed. He stirred a nation, both near and afar, A spectacle on stage, a bright shining star. Love him or loathe him, he left his trace, A chapter in history, a controversial embrace. As time moves forward, opinions will sway, And the legacy of Trump will be up for display. A man of contradictions, who challenged the norm, Donald Trump's presence, an enduring storm.

Ask why Joe Maddon overused Aroldis Chapman with 7 run lead in game 6 of Cubs-Indians 2016 World Series with game 7 coming up the next day, me thinks. Plus Aroldis pitched an inning in game 5.

The Oakland Athletics are in the news a lot lately, but not for their play. They want to move to Vegas, but an avid fan base would rather they sell the team and keep it in Oakland. They are a storied franchise with many championships and a legacy perhaps anchored by Connie Mack. So, what about that history? Would a move to Vegas be keeping with the team's legacy? Should they stay in Oakland? What other cities might be a better fit?

As a business decision, moving to Las Vegas would generate the unseen revenue streams for the As. Ever since the Athletics moved to the bay area, they’ve had to compete with the Giants for fans and the Giants, importantly, retain territorial rights to the area’s biggest, richest city - San Jose. If the As go to Vegas, they’ll have the metro’s marketplace to themselves. Having said all of that, I am sentimental. My dad worked at the Oakland Coliseum in the late 1960s and early 1970s when future hall of famers such as Reggie Jackson, Catfish Hunter, and Rollie Fingers played there. The team has had an interesting history going back to Philadelphia. What the As accomplished with Billy Beane remains highly significant. I would rather the As remain in Oakland.

I’m surprised they’ve stood this long. They should have moved a long time. The Giants influence is way too strong.
