the good old calorie mysteria... around 1800 cal a day is the minimum to keep your body running, so i think you must add calories for all the training and activity through the day. i was around 1800 for a long time but my metabolism was very low. i switched to around 3000 and with training and stuff i was still losing fat. but its the mysteria, everybody tells you another version of how much to eat. what do you think?

yo dude. Dont eat carbs(carbohydrates). Fat is good for you, carbs are not. carbs are like fake-fat. Go for eggs aand believe it or not, bacon is healthy af too!

LaserChair Hey man, don't tell people nonsense. Overeating on proteins is like poisoning your body. Same with fat AND carbos. So eacg of the three should be balanced, whereas fat should be the least amount, and carbos the highest in your daily diet. You can live w/o sugar, but not carbos:)

Am i the only one who thinks counting calories is bs? You should be counting carbs, that's where it's all at. Fat is good for you. Carbs are not.
