What am I going to do with all this SNOW?!

We got more snow! I have decided I am going to do something I haven't done since I was a kid, Build a snow fort! I use my Kubota L4701 with a snow blower and snow pusher to get the pile of snow started.

Same here lol the snow ( if any) we get it’s all pushed into a massive windrow then blown back but there’s been the occasional time where we had to say screw the pusher and go full blower mode

Perfect size snowblower on that Kubota. You can hear it work but not overwork all the time. I am also in WNY and already ready for a break from the lake effect snow maker!!!!

It's a really nice blower, I've never jammed it up or anything. Seems like the throwing fan spins a lot faster than most blowers I've seen, and it certainly throws the snow plenty far.

Just bought one of those last year. When you have to move snow, it is the ticket. Also, NOT going to chain up the front end. Have you thought about a cab? I have been kicking it around. Also, where do you hide your take home?

They don't really make a aftermarket cab for my tractor, besides those cheap plastic ones and I have no interest in one of those.

When you use your snow pusher, are you driving forward in FLOAT?

Yes and I use my rear brakes to steer if my front tires lose steering ability

absolutely love them. have done 0 driveway maintenance since they were laid down over 3 years ago. When I had stone, I was grading every springtime, and adding more stone.

I kept my snow blower outside, when I got finished blowing snow I would take some cheap windshield washer fluid (-35°F) and rinse the chute and fan off. That way nothing would stick and freeze, thus saving shear bolts. So far this winter we've gotten about 1' of snow in 3 dumps. More coming tonight. I've only used 4 gallons of fuel. It takes me 3 hours to do my place and 4 other driveways. The little 27 horse Kioti is working good for me since I rerouted the exhaust.
