This is a concept album so if you listen to it from beginning to end with the other songs you already reacted to in place, it's a complete story. Kim Dracula is a musical genius in my book. This album is one of my favorites of all time. I am 54 and grew up with concept albums so I really love them. This album is a masterpiece. ❤

Ok so one of the album theories I’ve seen on Kim’s discord was that each song he gets more insane and the voices in his head are telling him to kill and kill himself that’s why the gunshot at the end of make me famous on the album lines up to when he’s about to in the actual music video for that song and iris is basically an obituary for Kim and that’s why the last song he says what do you mean Kim’s dead? But I think the next album he could possibly come back from the dead or reborn basically if that makes sense

Since the clips from Drown and the police, also in Make Me Famous, I knew there was some story behind it. The album came out and damn! I was blown away by their lyrics, their chaos, and amidst their passages, it feels like sailing in the darkness through their twisted and manic mind. Perhaps Kim dies, but Dracula? In most of their songs, it’s invoked before rhymes and starting their dark gibberish

Hi guys! Your reaction was one of respect. You have a new fan. In this album Kim did a real history lesson. It all starts from the 90s Faith No More. Then comes the 33 years of evolution in rock music. You can hear the influence of many musical groups like: M Manson, Korn, Pierce the Veil, RHCP, even Tallah. The end of the album is pure philosophy. Congratulation on the fact that you don`t listen to the music, you feel it with your heart. Bye!

I believe Rosé into Seventy Thorns is that moment in the album that Kim just… loses his humanity and becomes unhinged beyond repair. His inner voices just become more destructive and violence enabling toward the end Is it the most cohesive concept album? Nah. For a debut, does it show an immense amount of influence and potential? Absolutely. Who knows where KD will go next

Thanks for providing a really entertaining and thoughtful reaction to this album. I loved hearing what you guys had to say about each song, but especially Iris tbh. I'm in love with their cover, it's just as painful as the original but in a way that feels a little more devastating and very Kim, so it's one of the many songs of theirs I'm extra curious to hear opinions on. I still cant listen to Iris with out crying I get to almost famous and start the album over.

Kim died in make me famous. You were right that there is a story in the album that your following. Your following a person who is slowly growing in madness, thoughts of going on a killing spree, and taking revenge on people who made fun of them. That's why you get those mini clips like "the prestige". Voices telling him to "go with the plan!" But once kitty kitty happens, that's when he loses it and you get that eerie voice at the end "there's no turning back now". And conveniently the next song is make me famous. Which the album version starts with gunshots being fired at people. The song ends with one more gunshot, which is towards themselves. So yeah, kim is dead.

Yep, that's exactly what I got from it after listening to it for a week straight. Still not completely sure how Kitty Kitty fits into it or what it's about. Possibly about a cheating significant other that forces Kim to snap and leads into Make Me Famous. Unless it's a giant metaphor for something else that I haven't figured out yet 😂 - Jacob

Watched all 3 parts and loved your 2 cents. I was pretty shell shocked too when I sat down and listened. The album is obviously conceptual and may just be the ADD deranged, demented Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band - it's that good and that head scratching.

I really dug that. Reunion and Reintegration was bad ass. The more melodic parts at the end had HIM vibe. I love the Goo Goo Dolls version of Iris, but this one was very Mellon collie you can just feel the pain.
