Yay!! I’m glad you found it informative ❤️ Listen though, lesson planning is EASY. It looks difficult, but it’s not. You just need to know how to play those games then you’re done 😁 Once you get used to your students, you’ll also get know what works for them too, so you’ll create lessons they enjoy. They’re not really hard to please, add a point system or show candy & you’ve got them 😂😂😂 Death by make up tutorial 🤣🤣 I’m a beginner myself 💔 been promising myself to watch KZbin video’s but 🙃 I need to learn that skill.

@@queen_be just a little update: will be sending my documents tomorrow yay! Can’t wait to get my contract soon, was a struggle getting the documents ready, will definitely keep you updated! Apparently we have to arrive 1 week early before teaching starts! What happens if you arrive early before the orientation, do you meet with the epik team at the airport in Seoul? Or you on your own 😫 so confused ahh Looking forward for your reply 🩵

Hey!! This is great news 😁 If you decide to arrive a few days early, you’ll get your own hotel, roam around for a few days until EPIK picks you up a day before orientation starts. @abieradam2442

Yes of course they will take you with your PGCE, in fact you will qualify for a higher salary with one, are considering EPIK or working from Hagwons? Is English your preferred subject to teach? hey babe can you please clarify this for me...is there are guarantee that your one year contract can be extended?. Jesus i want to relocate to South Korea too but i want to stay longer than a year. Another thing with the advance diploma, isn't that the advance diploma is similar to a degree? coz here i am having a diploma and i'm waiting for next year to do my advance so that i can qualify in South korea..i heard that's where the money is lol

Hey Babe, you are not guaranteed an extension because you get evaluated at the end of your contract by doing an open class, your Co-teacher basically has a lot of say in this decision, your school too but it’s rare for people not to get an extension though. If you don’t get an extension with EPIK, you can move to a Hagwon, but you won’t be forced to go home. An Advanced diploma , PGCE & degree share the same NQF level, but they are completely different qualifications hence the differences in their names. They are also not the same in any way because of the duration it takes to acquire the qualifications & the difference in the course work too. With and advanced diploma you can only with in Hagwons in Kore (private academies) there could be more money there simply because there is actually room for negotiation when coming to salaries where with EPIK, the salary is standard, so yes you can definitely get a higher starting salary there. I hope I have explained this well enough, if there’s still something you are not sure of, let me know.
