She's pretty f2p friendly and strong. Her raw damage is Twice at r1 White tassel compared to Diluc with a best in slot.

as far as i know isnt like other characters who have nice alternatives on her weapon of choice.... as when using regular weapons she isnt stronger than other character using the same f2p options She is good but you king of need a good weapon, and Unlike someone like Itto whose sword is really good for other characters as well.... her Spear is ONLY useful on her... iF you get her weapon she is a Hu tao that can rank up damange really fast but if you dont you have a worst Hu tao and Dilluc is more appealing for new players but who knows? maybe later the Pyro nation gives us a good F2P spear for her Also if you have enough primogems for C1 AND her weapon.... then you have one of the best DPS of all time

I run her with Skyward r1 (from the standard banner). Crit is 70/175 and 2267 atk. Sometimes it's tempting to slap White Tassel on her so I can reach 200 cd but I like playing her without bennet. She works surprisingly well in a hyperburgeon team with Nahida/Kuki/Xingqiu.

It'a a gacha game so it's very unlikely for any balancing to happen. Gacha games need to sell new chars and to do so they make them stronger than previous ones and if they start powering up old chars people won't rush for new chars and stick more to old ones they like, which is not good for money making since they won't need to get a new character, cuz old ones will work just fine

Guys arcei basically cheating i wasn't able to do the abyss 12.9 but today got her and raised her to 80lvl talents 8,6,6 winged spear and in the Same day done 12.9 comfortablely with alot of inaccurates even finished it with 10 or more sec to spare aside she wasn't even at her best shape can be improved alot , well i don't know what to say just get her c0 c1 if you can and start deleting enimes that's it , yh her play style if you u observed it well is fkn awesome funny enough the only part tht will take time is when the boss become immune to dmg for some kind of reason if not tho u will smoke his butt out in high heat lol

It's not actually. She gets 40% extra Pyro damage for that reason. And she's a SS tier dps and easy to play than hu tao. But I feel neuv is still better and easier to play. But with right investment and team arle is stronger.
