2:10 how does the tower not attack lina there? Qojqva issued the attack command within tower. I know you can issue an attack on an ally or stop command to deaggro the tower but it didn't even send 1 shot at him?

because aggro is on creep and aggro has a cooldown of 3 second. So 3 seconds of free hitting under tower, then pause for aggro to get on another creep and continue

Aggro range is 500, tower attack range is 700. He issued the attack command more than 500 range away from the tower, and then he has 3 sec cooldown and can attack even within the 500 range.

Not a single hit on his own tower. It looks like it at 26:48 because lina's projectiles are hidden under skeleton's projectiles but you can see the skeletons hp bar. they're losing 1 bar for every auto attack

in archon maybe, in high rank bracket, they see lina, they click their keyboard buttons to kill a hero that literally has 0 mobility, so ur job is to dish out damage as fast as possible, gleipnir is shit.
