But yes the market really sucks right now ngl, we just hoping it gets better 🤞👏

Question, do they ask you to tarp? If so do you charge them extra? or do you tarp on your own accord?

For this load it was a requirement for the load to be tarped to keep weather off of it. The beams on the trailer are fixtures going into a new warehouse setup to hold injection molding robot. So there can’t be any rusting at all plus the two smaller pallets on the back were electronics for the robots hence they were wrapped in anti static material. Everything on that trailer came from France

Good question! Yes, sometimes they do ask us to tarp, and it usually depends on the load and the specific requirements. Whether or not we charge extra can vary-sometimes it’s included in the rate, and other times we might add a tarp fee. It’s all about what was agreed upon with the customer. I hope that helps!

They don't like working with 2 truck companies that I know, but if you would to have 2 or 3 trucks, you would get all the work just based off of that.

With the way the economy and market have been fluctuating, jumping into a semi right now isn’t the smartest move for us, especially when we have equipment that’s already paid off. Why take on debt if we don’t have to? It’s definitely something we might consider in the future, but we’re not in a rush to rush the process.
