What Animals Will Visit This Sambar Deer Wallow?

I put my game camera on a Sambar Deer Wallow to see what animals would visit the wallow. There were quite a few visitors to the wallow over the few days that the camera was set up.
This is my monthly mash-up video. A monthly compilation of fishing fails, out-takes, bloopers as well as a the occasional game camera or drone footage.

Some of the best trailcam footage you've had yet I reckon. Not surprised that you've seen snakes already, the sun has had a real bite on a couple of occasions. Great mashup as always mate

Thanks so much mate. That brown out the wind up me a bit. I wasn't surprised to see a snake out that day, but was very surprised if the species. I rarely see browns on the banks of these waterways, they're almost all blacks and tigers.

Thought the first Roo was going to make a snack out of your camera. Great wildlife footage and not a big surprise with the fish-less outings in winter. Great job mixing this together and thanks for sharing the the other side of being a KZbin creator.

Hahaha Thanks Frank, that gist of wind knocked the solar panels over. I stood them back up, started to re-shoot the scene and then the camera overheated and turned off. LOL 😂😂

Awsome game camera footage. Near where i live i found a dam in the bush i set up a camera and had a fair few wallabies too (pig tracks near it too) also i had a snake encounter in August 😂

Thanks mate. Haha You never know where or when they will turn up. I stood on a black snake a few days ago. Gave me a fright. Gave the snake a fright too. Haha Thankfully I had my GoPro and selfie stick with me, so got some pretty wicked snake footage.

Well done Robbie a noice mashup! I was just thinking about the game camera footage, i think it would be a good idea for you to actually identify the Cats, Deer, and foxes as being feral here in Australia, so our overseas viewers know what’s native and non native. I hate the fact that these animals are doing such damage to our countries native wildlife! Unlike the disgusting Carp these other creatures might be cute but we’d rather not have them here. Thanks mate keep doing what you’re doing 👍🏼

That's some great game footage gotta do a lot more of that I've always thought the young male deer is spikers or fawn I could be wrong as well. Bad luck of the fishing that's fishing for ya in Winter. Did you crap your pants at the end 🤣🤣

Haha no mate, that snake did make ma jump though. My understanding is that a fawn it like a toddler, whereas a spikey is like a teenager if that makes sense?

Hi mate they're just cheap ones. I would love to buy some good ones but I'm too scared they would get stolen. I bought them at Jaycar. I think they're a generic brand for Jaycar.

Thanks Paul. There are a lot of deer in my area mate. Mostly fallow and sambar and a few reds here and there. I bought my cameras at Jaycar. They're not expensive cameras. They don't have a brand name, they're just generic cameras for Jaycar.

This is what scares me a lot!!! If the government ban hunting, fishing i feel could have the domino effect. Duck hunting, varmint hunting, deer hunting, fishing, 4x4. I see them as they go hand in hand with each other (similar to brothers). I don’t hunt but I support it the same I support fishing. The future for the next gen going outdoors looks very uncertain.

I'm with you 100% mate. And I agree totally. The writing is on the wall. There are far too many Greenies in high places. You just need to look at all of the trout and redfin hate, because they're not native. Even the deer wallow in this video is protected, it's in a national park where hunting is banned. If they ban hunting fishing will be next. So many people arguing and fighting in both the fishing and hunting scenes at the moment. Everyone needs to unite more now than ever before because the Greenies are coming after us.

@@robbiefishing I do understand some people with Redfin and trout because in some parts of top Victoria and NSW they can carry the ehnv that could have the potential to spread in amongst Native fish (south west I think in Victoria and NSW mostly). It Spreads amongst Redfin and rainbow trout atm (north east I don’t think we’ve had a breakout or been notified so it’s safe here 😮‍💨 atm). It’s impossible to eradicate Redfin, trout or carp. The carp numbers explode after a flood, Redfin breed quick and trout are mountain fish.
