Great information on foot support options. One thing that I would like more information on is the carbon fiber inserts that has been used in dealing with foot arthritis. Can you shed some light on the carbon fiber inserts?

That’s actually a great question. A carbon foot plate can be very beneficial in those with midfoot or toe arthritis. It essentially helps provide a spring off while avoiding the foot from having to bend too much. The nice thing is, you can just insert them into most shoes underneath the insole. With carbon plates, I suggest people actually try them first and see whether not it makes their gate better. Most podiatrist can help set you up with that.
