It's the worst thing a person can feel. You do everything you can to avoid the panic attack. You know logically that it will end shortly but that isn't what your brain is telling you. Sweating massively but shivering, rapid heart rate, irregular breathing, trembling, sometimes vomiting and passing out. Nothing is worse. Nothing.

@@ejyounggun08 you’re right. Just hard for someone to conceptualize something of that magnitude when they’re working so hard to escape their current experience. Try to be nice to someone today. Also, drowning isn’t so bad if you just take a deep breath and end it.

@@heidicast4891 I was just messin. I suffer from anxiety but I don't get panic attacks. I've done shrooms and had a bad trip though so if it's truly like that I wouldn't wish a panic attack on some of my worst enemies.

my problem is fear of never getting "well" combined w alcoholism (like 20 beers a day) , and also lack of faith that its possible. Dont know why im typing this.

My 1970's ramshackled house is the source of my anxiety. Roof leaking, water heater blew out and flooded my shop under the house, plumbing bad, appliances don't work. 22 year old HVAC still running but for how long? No money for repairs. Stressful. Anything that works here I have rigged.

Curious, if you're sitting in a dentist chair and all of a sudden the air gets sucked out of the room, shortness of breath, sweating. You just can't breath and you have to jump up and run outside because you think you're suffocating.

My panic attacks would feel like an extreme sense of nostalgia that was so powerful it would leave me feeling like I had to throw up, I'd go a little blind and deaf :) I would have 12 a day, then I quit smoking weed AND I HAVEN'T HAD ONE SINCE!!!

It feels like the entire universe is crushing you. You feel alone, happy thoughts are impossible to conjure up, feeling of being totally powerless, your heart is pounding like it might explode, your brain is thinking 10 thoughts a second making everything worse, breathing gets harder and at their absolute worse, I even had my vision narrow and my ears start to ring. You know what a panic attack is, and still that doesn't really help them go away. They started one time I smoked too much weed and I have had to deal with them in my life since, even though I stopped smoking.

Just got my wisdom teeth pulled and had to stop smoking weed for the first time in years, smoked about 5 days after and mixed it with a shot and had the worst panic attack of my life, seriously one of the scariest things I’ve went through thought I was going to die😢

For me my panic attacks generally would randomly feel like the oxygen slowly is leaving the room. More scientifically it feels like your body is breathing more and more CO2. You feel like you can't catch your breath and it just keeps getting worse and worse until you start hyperventilating and you black out.
