Coach paano kung may friend ka na nageencourage sayo na lumipat ka na lang sa company nila. Which I think mas okay yung company nila. Kaya lang yung boss mo at boss nila magkaibigan. How do we deal with this kind of situation. Thanks

Hello po Ms Lyqa!. Though this comment was so late in time. But super grateful to have found your channel. Hopefully this concern of mine ay mabigyan ng enlightenment. I worked for a govt agency for than 10 years & 4 months. And i resigned from it. My primary reason was more on there was an inner hunger in me that I could not find in my job though my days were filled but remained unsatisfied. Im always looking for validation, appreciation from my co-workers and from my work itself. Until one time I was so burn out(sobrang "ubos" ang feeling ko) that i fixed my decision to resign. Is it possible to answer this?

Hi coach! :) Ano po ang magandang reason to leave the job that I no longer want to continue? I was hired this pandemic and i just realized my current job is not aligned with my interests. Most probably, im planning to learn a new course or shift a career while looking for my passion. Is it okay to leave kung wala pa akong 1 year sa work ko? Sana po matulungan nio ako, coach :)
