Dear Ma'am, I just followed your instructions and i can't express what kind of experience my body could feel, it was amazing no words, i literally felt that i reached in some another world, my body was shivering like i had goosebumps, i could see something, may be a light or some visuals or some objects which i can't express, but it was something which i have never seen or felt earlier in my whole life, I reached somewhere and someone was there in front of me but i couldn't get answer may be because i was not in peaceful place but i think i need more practice and i can do it...
