Yeah thanks you made a a lot of good point, now I need a pen for notes😊 I used to work at a VPP star site where observations were a part of daily work. And everybody participated positively and feedback was mandatory, we Even had training on communicating feedback Where I'm at now the safety observations had dwindled away to nobody cares and me. Talking in a meeting the other day got me pegged to be the guy that's going to figure out training for everybody. Oh boy not my comfort zone
