Absolutely confusing illustration, no explaination of why RBI rate hike leads to bond yield hike - the real reason is - when RBI hikes interest rates, other market instruments(example: FD in banks) become more attractive , bonds becoming less attractive, the bond sellers can't find buyers, bond price decrease, and hence bond yield increases .
