I remember reading a few years back that there are more new books published in Denmark in an average year than across the entire Islamic world. It has been in a civil war for centuries while sporadically declaring war on 'infidels'. It only ceased attempting to militarily invade the West when our military technology eclipsed theirs in the 17th century. We have been attempting to deal with them as though they are a normal culture that is equal to ours. That experiment is coming to an end

However, about 100 years ago, in the UK, women were finally granted basic rights such as voting. The sneering host annoys me here more than anything, instead of butting in and discrediting one of the partisipants (which I feel harms the debate by making representation of each side unbalanced.) She should just ask the questions like an interviewer is supposed to in a neutral manner, then let them get on with it and debate one on one, that way they can both get their points across without being interrupted.
