Paul says “in my flesh dwells no good thing.” Our flesh doesn’t act alone just like our spirit doesn’t act alone. We overcome the demons by walking in the spirit and starving them. Deliverance is a lifelong commitment and process. If we are fighting our flesh we are fighting demons.

As I was writing in my prayer journal, I was confessing my sins and realized ( like my eyes opened) and I actually wrote,, “This sinful flesh is calling for him (addictions) but my heart is saying NO! There is nothing good in me..) I was hurting in my physical body, that meant I was getting attacked right?? I mean it was intense

If you call your flesh what it is (demons) you will be able to overcome it more so than people that think their flesh acts alone. Our freewill is the core issue of our flesh. Our spirit is the only part of us that is Born again. We walk in the spirit so we don’t fulfill the lusts of the flesh. These lusts originate from the demons in our flesh. When we yield to their temptations their works manifest as “works of the flesh.” This is one reason why we must cast down vain imaginations and bring every thought captive because these thoughts are from the demons in our flesh. We can’t please God if we are in the flesh because we are doing the will of demons. People talk about “open door this” or open door that” but they don’t understand we open doors to demons in a broader sense when we aren’t walking in the spirit. Demons are sin personified. The early church before it was corrupted by the council of nicea believed this.

@@HolyInstinctt our soul is the part of us with free will. We are either a slave to righteousness or iniquity. When we use our freewill we are either yielding to The Holy Spirit who is in our inner man or we yield to the demons in our flesh. Ephesians 6:12 says “we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against evil spirits.” If that verse means other people aren’t we also other people? If you have not come to this revelation yet it’s ok. I like what you are doing.

PLEASE READ me Man I just asked God for answers and there you are with exactly the answer. I have this mindset of "not being enough for God" and this fear of being left away during rapture. (THIS IS MY BIGGEST FEAR)I have strongholds of being unable to fully trust, due to several family issues I had to face, several deaths and broken promises. Thats my problem and the main stronghold in my case, DO YOU HAVE any CLUE on how to face it? I have been i therapy etc for years and none worked out. Any Ideas? I feel you got some experience in it. Take faith in knowing, no human is ever “good enough”, that’s the whole point of the gospel. Once saved always saved, works don’t save you, faith through grace alone does, Jesus Christ alone saves you. So yes, we’re all evil because we’re all sinful and not Holy, unlike our Father, so speaking in those terms, we cannot attain salvation by “being good enough” sister, only through Christ. If you believe, and if you’ve given your life to Him, and if you walk in the truth and in the way He wants you to walk, you’re surely saved, and there’s nothing the enemy can do, nor you, to take that salvation.

The book of Enoch says that the hybrids (the offspring of women and fallen angels) are not allowed to go to either heaven or the the abyss so they are stuck in earth. Those are the demons. God is really using you to speak to me about a lot of prayers I’ve been praying, this video confirmed my questions about strongholds. I first learned about strongholds from Pastor Vlad Savchuck! He is awesome! Y’all gotta check him out, he’s a really good teacher and preacher! But yeah the way you just explained how strong holds work is exactly what I needed to hear. I’m struggling with a lot of strongholds, a lot of the same ones you struggle with too. Fear, anxiety, doubt, shame, social anxiety and so many more. I didn’t know the Bible is how to defeat them, thank you for explaining that! Vlad taught : Demons are cast out, strong holds are cast down! All in the mind! Oh and demons are actually 1/3 of the fallen angels that got kicked out of heaven along with Satan. They’re spirits without a body and they live inside a person’s body/vessel. They can also be attacking us on the outside. So just a friendly correction that they aren’t technically people, more that they have personalities and they’re spirits without a body. Satan is full of hatred..He hates all who are made in Gods image and Especially those who belong to Jesus christ! But Fear not John10.25.30 says- My sheep recognise my voice. I know them, and they follow me. I give them real and eternal life. They are protected from the destroyer for good. No one can steal them from out of my hand. The Father who put them under my care is so much greater than the destroyer and theif. No one can ever get them away from him. I and the Father are ONE in heart and mind. First video I look up is him saying demons are persons. Take Jezebel for example. She was a human and now she’s a spirit. There are fallen angels and other things that are also spirits but it’s not limited to that.

@HolyInstinctt As a human, once you die you do not linger on earth any longer and will go either to heaven or hell. You cannot cross the great chasm. Yes unclean spirits/demons are "persons without bodies" but they were not "human". It is not completely known where demonic spirits originally came from although I mostly agree that they may have been the nephilim that once roamed the earth but was wiped out by the flood. (God has shown me a few visions from the preflood days - I am a seer) A human cannot become a demon after dying. A human is born spirit, body, soul (1Thessalonians 5:23) in reflection to the Holy Trinity. The human spirit cannot become a demonic spirit.

Demons were not humans. When a human dies they have nothing more to do with the living. Ecclesiastes 9:1 says, "For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even the memory of them is forgotten". The verse continues, "Their love, their hate and their jealousy have long since vanished; never again will they have a part in anything that happens under the sun".

It’s speaking from a point of view from heaven, that we will not know of the dead and forget them due to the amount of holiness we live in. We won’t feel any of their negativity, hatred etc. whilst in the presence of God and His kingdom.

Its a good argument that im going to look into because its never been brought up. When it says "their name is forgotten.. if it were speaking to us on earth. Then we would forget everyone who has already died but no we still rememeber. Thats because the scripture is speaking of people in heaven versus people in hell. Just because they are a spirit doesnt mean they are able to enjoy the sun or even feel it, not to say in a vessel they can through someone. This comes down to faith based argument and I respect you bringing this up. Its brought me closer to Christ so thanks
