Hey, im an animator. I have been doing animation for about two years with the same client. I have been getting paid a roughly similar amount every month for almost 2 years until recent. The client ghosted me for almost 2 months and then out of the blue sent me money for animation. The money was less than half for what I would have charged for the entire month. I did the animation, and it was correct when I turned it in. Weeks later he refuses to pay my invoices because HIS client whom im doing the work for needs revisions. Now im out of work because I refuse to work for free. He is essentially holding my money hostage, while im under contract with another company full time, I cant work on his project. So what now?
