Hi po...Regarding Founder’s share term of directorship-can the shareholder after the sixth year be voted in again as director of the corp in a regular meeting? Or does this provision mean that the share holder can never be voted again as director after the 5years term? Thank you po sa sagot.

hello po regarding the redeemable shares, if hindi po na-redeem yung shares after the agreed period, what will happen po to the shares? will it be considered as retired since the expiration have passed?
