What Are Hermetic Heat Seals and Do You Need Them?

Heat seals and flexible packaging go hand-in-hand. They are inseparable, which is exactly what you want your heat seal to be. The integrity of your packaging product is critical. Although some applications don’t require an airtight hermetic seal, most that we work on do. We find ourselves redoing products done elsewhere that didn’t live up to the standards customers expect.
