Sir, can you explain to me this phase? Political models embrace those theories that characterize decision-making as a bargaining process. Analysis focuses on the distribution of power and influence in organizations and on the bargaining and negotiation between interest groups. Conflict is regarded as endemic within organizations and management is directed towards the regulation of political behaviour (Bush, 2003): Political models assume that in organizations policy and decisions emerge through a process of negotiation and bargaining. Interest groups develop and form alliances in pursuit of particular policy objectives. Conflict is viewed as a natural phenomenon and power accrues to dominant coalitions rather than being the preserve of formal leaders. (p. 89)

It says that various Political setups favour bargaining policy... Bargaining policy, simply, means a policy of give and take, where parties set aside their differences and agree to secure the interests of each other. Some interest groups pose a great pressure on the government, either through making coalition with other interest groups or separately. In such situations, government also shows flexibility towards the demands of these interest groups, in order to secure its hegemony. (( Thus, negotiations are held. Some demands of interest groups are taken into special consideration. In return, the interest groups stop pressurizing government. )) Hence, through some sort of bargaining, interests of both the government and the interest-groups are secured... Presently, different political setups do apply the same formula of bargaining with those groups which are creating high pressure on the government.... Moreover, The concept of Coalition Government also springs from the same formula of bargaining or give and take policy...
