What are IT certifications?

out of all these certifications which one is recommended for a person without a IT qualification, but has helpdesk experience?

There are foundation level certifications available for each field in IT. These can be a good start for someone coming from a non-IT role or Helpdesk. On the certification they should do, that will depend on their interest, for example someone who wants to get into data analytics would do the CompTIA Data+ / Google data analytics profession certificate. Google, AWS, CompTIA, Azure, IBM have beginner certs for almost every area of IT.
