You know that getting into MBA programs is competitive, but what criteria are admissions committees (or "AdComs") using to evaluate your profile? (Hint: it goes FAR beyond simply your GMAT / GRE score or your undergraduate GPA!)
This video serves as an introduction to the theory of the "Hierarchy of Needs" -- a concept usually used in psychology, but adapted here for MBA admissions.
It will explain how it's possible for someone with "perfect" stats to get rejected from a program, when someone else with lower test scores gets accepted with a scholarship.
In the video, I reference the "Strengths and Weaknesses" Lab Report -- it's the first "gut feel" reaction an admissions officer will have to various elements of your profile.
