Apart from varicocele, Will USG Color Doppler Scrotum also diagnose the problem such as epididymitis, mild hydrocele, infection, peritesticular collection, post surgical thrombosis or fibrotic changes due to surgery? And also differentiate between actual varicocele veins and ligated non functioning varicocele veins? I am afraid if it is epididymitis or mild hydrocele because when i slap my testis with slight force on the upper pole it is little painful but when there is no pain it is less and slight painful when i slap it, will all those problem detectable in USG color doppler scrotum?

Difficult to comment. But usually left varicocele shouldn't lead to right scrotal pain. And mostly ur AVN seems priority. But meet an ortho plus Urologist and get it sorted out on priority

I saw a couple of urologists and then you and all the doctors advised me to wear an underwear always except for sleeping. Doing the same along with yoga and other lifestyle changes. I'm relieved from pain a lot. Just wanted to know if I would need to keep on having to wear an underwear even after get embolized later?
