Ans No. If the bill is passed, all will be in the streets in the name of secularism is in danger. In India, as per everyone, there is only 2 minorities and you know who. Other monirities progressed within India without any outside support. 1 minority is so powerful can break a country at inception and google what is the rule about minimum % for the minority. Also US and Europe are Christian countries, but India is not. So, you can't have both. If you go to UK for dinner with the queen, a father will bless the food before the start. So, if India secular, then why minority, and if minority then why secular and why state-wise minority is not considered. Minority appeasement has pushed many towards BJP. it will keep on doing it , till the time law become equal for all. Related to places of worship, to minority status, etc.. All other religions' holy places are governed by them, but it is not true for so called majority. Special appeasements based on religion have to go, only benefits to financially weaker sections irrespective of religion.i.e. poor people should be given benefits and reservations. Then only India can be secular.

Group/community with population of less than 1% of the total population of that country should only be counted at minority and be given minority rights... In a secular country, how can a community with more than 15-20% of the total population be a minority and enjoy rights???? Also when communal clashes happen, lakhs of people from one community fight with lakhs of people from other community, where is the minority??? Instead basic criminal laws should be strictly enforced and minority benefits should be given to low income groups....
