Loved your encouragement! I’m doing the pairs of “Jesus is” and “I am” on the same day so I have time for other things, too. Great helpful tips as always, Lindsey!

Once again you've inspired me, Lindsey. I love the idea of having a TN with the verses written out for those times encouragement is needed. And the pages are really pretty to look at too. I've added this to my journaling to-do list.

Love this idea. I received a travelers notebook from a bible journaling class I took at By The Well and wasn’t sure what I would do with it. Now I know what I’m going to do with it!! Now I just need to find out how to order the Lent things you have! Thank you!!

Yay! I just randomly placed the prompts, I don’t think there is a certain order to the pairs.

Hey lady. I set up my Planner for my daily Scripture writing and did one prompt per day starting on Ash Wednesday (Feb. 14) and they end on March 25th (Palm Sunday). it is INCREDIBLY possible I missed a few but wanted to let you know so you could find prompts to write for the week between Palm Sunday through Easter. Nbd.

The 40 days take into account skipping Sundays, then it goes until the Saturday before Easter 😉

Great video Lindsey, I loved that you spent time addressing the time management issue of doing journaling and devotionals. I view my bible journaling as another more creative way to worship, I do it voluntarily, I am not graded and my projects do not need to be "turned in on time". I feel women tend to multitask so much and have such regimented schedules that we sometimes impose pressure on ourselves that is just unnecessary--and when I first started journaling (over a year ago) that is exactly what I did--now I know better.

Hi Lindsey. I love your videos. You really helped me by saying to do a couple of entries at one time. I have done this and have "beat myself" mentally that I should be better at time management. It really is about knowing what time you do have and using that! Also I love your nails!!! Is it only one polish?
@LindseyDecor7 жыл бұрын
I’m so glad it helped! My nails are nail wraps from Incoco (I found mine at Ulta 😉)

Lindsey, I love how you did your Lent Devotional. But I do want to say this I appreciate you when do your videos showing your creativity that you always keep it real to your followers. Since I started with bible journaling I have learn to ask God is this devotional something you want me do. By inviting God first and He says yes, He always with me through the process and I get what He wanted me to learn in that devotional. If He say no then I don’t get involve with that devotional. This way I’m not wasting my time buying unnecessary things.

Lent technically begins on 2/14 this year so that’s when I’ll start with my daily scripture writing. It’s 40 days if you take breaks on Sundays 😉

Love this idea! I will have to look into copying Bible verses when I have time. I'm finding a lot of inspiration to do prep work for when I have time to create when I watch your videos. Now I have stuff to fill my DIY covers with!!! Now to figure out if I will do better with more structure, buying the kit, or if I can get everything done on my own. Side note: just wanted to let you know that your blog post link in the comment isn't working. It looks like you have the date wrong 02/09 instead of 02/10.

Very nice. What a great idea. Can you do a video talking about all the different sites to find devotions and your opinion on each company. I'm new to bible journaling and it is overwhelming.
@LindseyDecor7 жыл бұрын
I don’t necessarily have one video but if you look through my recent videos, I’ve talked about several different companies lately (ByTheWell, Creative Faith Co, Print Pray Slay, IF, etc.).
