@@devmooreurl They look a lot more expensive than dollar store eyeglass frames, but then again, Japan is a big, international producer of eyeglass frames. When I'm there, I always look for new frames to have turned into prescription eyeglasses. But, I usually buy frames by 999.9 (Four Nines) although expensive. But they last for many years. That's what I always questioned in the back of my head but NYC has a long history of hustlers and struggling artists and I guess what you could refer to as a dandy/neo-dandy lifestyle a.k.a. people who never seem to work "real jobs" but somehow get by and do so quite fashionably. Also, if you watch a few earlier installments of these videos Dev interviews people who admit to busing tables, working as technicians of all kinds, or just doing a bit of everything to make ends meet.
