Interesting and informative. Will these work on a regular 2 wheel bike as well?

Yes, I've had them on my road bike for years - much prefer them to toe cages or clip-ins.

What kind of bike do you have? I’m looking for one that sits higher like that.

This is a TerraTrike Rover. It's no longer made but the TerraTrike Rogue and Maverick both have similar seat heights.

There wasn't much information about pros or cons... exactly zero of them. I see plus in not needing special shoes. Which are also a little more uncomfortable than normal shoes... but then... I don't know whether this grips are as safe as clipless system.

Clipless pedals will keep feet in more securely. Power Grips are a great option for people who prefer not to have their feet mechanically attached to their pedals. We work with people with a wide variety of disabilities and many really appreciate the Power Grips - particularly for the ability to have power through the full range of the pedal stroke.

Peter Švančárek I have been using these since the mid 90's Pro's are you can wear any shoe you would like, they work in the rain sleet and snow. No worry of ice build up. Con's seem to be hardware coming loose or falling off. Locktite sems to help this issue. Carrying extra hardware also helps. Once they get broken in. You will need to adjust them. Only other issue with them is wear. I've noticed they get frayed over time from twisting and rubbing against the peddle. But I've gotten a few years out of a set.
