At around 3:20 you said Jews can't cancel a decree because the Sanhedrin no longer exists. However, in the Mishneh Torah (Kri'at Shema 4:8), Rambam says this: In other words, this is an explicit example of later Jews abolishing a decree by the Sanhedrin (without having a Sanhedrin). Even Rabbi Yosef Karo points this out in his commentary on the above passage in his Kessef Mishnah: והאיך היו יכולים לבטל תקנת עזרא שהרי לא קם אחריו בית דין כמוהו בחכמה ובמנין A very informative video nonetheless.

@Johann Emold He was asking about Zohar (Kabbalah) Not Zabur rhat u confuse it mistakenly with Psalm as many ignorants use to do. FYI, Zabur doesn't exist in its original form as been revealed by Almighty God, same for Torah which been revealed before it, and also Injeel that was been revealsd after it to Jesus (pbuh) to guide the misguided lost sheep of Israel. Actual Psalm is but a 150 poems collected and used to refresh the mind state of Jews bedore prayers, which theu claim falsely been written by David pbuh. Not only that also they claim Moses wrote some Psalms as wwll as Solomon too, while we as good believers won't lie upon God's prophets & messengers by assigning to them bad works that include nudity and look down upon them in such derogatory way (David pbuh the king, felt in love with his daughter and slept with her... just one example among many), also if u read in Talmud about how they made fun and mock Jesus & his mother Mary in silly way. These ppl are really running blindly after their misguided rabbis. So stop making such confusion again, may Almighty God sw guide u to his straight path.

Jews should follow the God given law (given to moses), not rabbi invented law. Quran 5:44 - "Indeed, We sent down the Torah, in which was guidance and light. The prophets who submitted [to Allāh] judged by it for the Jews, as did the rabbis and scholars by that with which they were entrusted of the Scripture of Allāh, and they were witnesses thereto. So do not fear the people but fear Me, and do not exchange My verses for a small price [i.e., worldly gain]. And whoever does not judge by what Allāh has revealed - then it is those who are the disbelievers."
@blessedishashemtheg-dofisr7397 Жыл бұрын
Good point, but one of the Torah laws is that we follow our leaders.
@Jamal-Ahmed786 Жыл бұрын
@@blessedishashemtheg-dofisr7397 Thank you for your reply brother. There is nothing wrong in following your leaders as long as what your leaders are teaching or telling you to do matches God's revelations. In other words, if your leaders teachings are according to the torah, then is is absolutely fine to follow them. But what if what your rabbis/leaders are teaching is not according to the torah? Why should your rabbis be allowed to change what God has revealed? Who gave them that right? See below these Quranic verses specifically referring to the wrongdoings of the rabbis. 3:77 "Indeed, those who trade Allah’s covenant and their oaths for a fleeting gain will have no share in the Hereafter. Allah will neither speak to them, nor look at them, nor purify them on the Day of Judgment. And they will suffer a painful punishment." 3:78 "And indeed, there is among them a party who alter the Scripture with their tongues so you may think it is from the Scripture, but it is not from the Scripture. And they say, "This is from Allāh," but it is not from Allāh. And they speak untruth about Allāh while they know." 2:75 "Do you believers still expect them to be truthful to you while a party of them used to hear the words of Allah and then distort the Torah after they had understood it while they were knowing?" You don't need to believe these quranic verses, but if it is apparent to you that your rabbis are lying to you and making up things that Hashem never said, then is it appropriate to follow your rabbis? What will you answer to Hashem on the day of judgement?
