As the international community continues discussions on lethal autonomous weapons systems (LAWS) in 2020 and 2021 and will focus on the further development and operationalization of the guiding principles, the role of human decision-making will undoubtedly remain one of the core issues. By drawing on near-term technologies, such as swarms, and related command and control models in deliberations about human control and human-machine interaction, the international community can move to develop a more comprehensive understanding of how control may or may not be exercised in military practice - now and in future operations.

This makes sense as we can come up with all kinds of things that will work. Now that you bring this up I know a number of things that have been solved. You have just pulled my head out of my ass. Wake up & SMELL THE COFFEE. Thanks. I now have some ideas to work on. We need to get the people that are living on the streets to go to town meetings to help the committee to stop putting people in the streets & other problems . This to me would do many things fore our problems facing the U.S.. Build from the bottom up with the "Swarm Power". This will make US great again.

What good are laws if they are impossible to enforce and the law breakers are operating from another country? Also such laws do not stop criminals from using clandestine means to zero in on you for scams or more physical crime since they will be impossible to trackt since they are operating from a virtual private network. I recommend you have a VPN service operating on all your devices.

It won't matter. They do what they want and as you can see by their lack of protecting their own nations... it will be used against the population if they get out of line. Soft slavery incoming and they tricked people into paying for it. Meanwhile they distracted you with countless issues and even convinced people to fight their neighbor because they look different, as if they have this kind of clout.

In the program I am in we are first learning python and will then be learning C++. So, maybe it will be best to learn both.

It depends on what side you want to go on c++ will be for programming the robot themselves on the firmware side while python will be more useful for generating the path of the swarm, user control, logging flight paths, etc. but you should really know a little bit of both even if you do want to specialize in one side or the other.
