Mine is a Komodo Dragon. I got a tattoo, statue collection, a skull necklace of a komodo, I did all of this prior to the awakening of their being a spirit behind it. After I accepted what could be and just might possibly be there, I have ignored all of the mockery and decided to embrace it. Spirituality comes in many forms. People will mock you if your spirits dont match up to theirs. I proudly hold my spirit animal on a pedestal. For it is my protector. I resemble a Komodo for the relaxed demeanor and the will to fight to death when need be.

I found out my spirit animal is a goat, particularly a Nubian Ibex, through meditation. I was asking the divine to show me my spirit guide, and a few seconds later, I saw a vision of an Ibex. The weirder thing is, I didn't even know the Ibex existed until I started researching horned animals, and that's where I discovered what it was. I've always had a strong connection to goats in the first place, so I wasn't surprised. Oh, and on the topic of spirit animals, why do so many people think they can CHOOSE theirs? There's several people I have met both in person and online who say their spirit animal is a "wolf", or a "fox", just because they find them cool. You don't choose your spirit animal, it chooses you. I don't know why it's so hard for people to understand that.

When she said that they could be an ancestor, my entire life made sense. I frequently see this Native American dancing or running through my mental vision in fields of tall prairie grass; I always feel this intense connection and emotional strength when it appears to me and ever since I was a little girl of maybe 5 years old I collected Native American things and books. The first chapter book I ever read is a title I will never forget: Naya Nuki- The Shoshoni Girl Who Ran. I used to go hunting with my dad all of the time and always knew that if we got something I would say a prayer thanking the animal for offering itself to sustain life and I said prayers over the animals that I would find dead in the woods like a sheep and send it into the earth where it could be free and share and extend it's own life force to the future animals, plants and people. Also when she mentions in another video about the different kinds of tradition, I had no clue- but it makes sense- that there would be Native American based Wicca. After watching all of these videos and connecting with my previous Wiccan roots, my heart is finally at peace once again.

Mine is a wolf. I was raised around dogs and have become really close to dogs and wolves and can understand them by looking at them. I have 2 natural sets of fangs. I can bark growl and howl exactly like a wolf. I cam run faster in 4 legs than 2 and when I take a animal personality test I always get wolf

I'm honestly not into animals but I find the whole spirit animal thing interesting I already know mine is a cheetah. I don't even have to take a quiz etc. I just know. Keep in mind that this is NOT Therianthropy! As a Therian, your guide will stay with you for your lifetime. It is YOU in an animal skin. Spirit animals are just that: Spirits who teach and help you grow by taking a specific animal form as a sort of "Condensation" of what you will learn from them. My current Spirit Animal should be obvious: at my age I need Fox's wily nature and sharpness more than Wolf's power. Fox and I get along well, and he teaches me useful things. That's how it works.

I am fairly new to power animals. I had a journey where a stag took me deep into the woods to meet a very large wolf, apparently some sort of leader or god or pack leader, he called two wolves that I have seen multiple times. One is a silver wolf, friendly, who's name reflects deeply with me as a person. The second wolf is an all black wolf who's name when I looked up meant "judged". I was curious if this sounds realistic as a journey? My over arching question is can power animals be twins?

I have two spirit animals. Wolves and owls. It's weird but all my dreams I can remember there is always an owl or a wolf. just watching me and if I'm in danger helping me. I feel very protective over my friends and family. I'm always on the move. I'm definitely more awake at night and I can actually see a lot better at night too. Whenever I walk around where I live I always see a wolf. Its big with and reddish and black back with a white underbelly and tan legs. At night when I walk I always see a huge owl. Silver with black grey and white mixed in and golden eyes. But I live in Florida, and we don't have wolves here and I've never heard of owls looking like that. So... um... I'm not really knowledgeable on this subject at all, but ever since I was little, a baby really, I've always loved dragons. Like... to an extent I don't really understand. Yes, everyone has a favorite animal, but for me it's been the same since I was a baby. My family tells me stories of how I always pointed and smiled at dragon statues or pictures, so they started getting me stuffed dragons and all that. And today I just feel this connection to them. I don't know if any of this means I have a dragon as a spirit animal, or if that's even possible. To be honest, I've tried to contact my spirit animal many times, and I've never been able to meet them. Maybe I don't have one...? I don't know, like I said I don't know anything on this subject, but I would like to.

When I see a wolf I feel the marrow of my bones shift but I feel things for foxes too. And I keep dreaming of a mist blue wolf with blue eyes. In Genesis, God breathes spirit into both man and animals on the 6th day. So we see that animal spirits are of God. Also if you look at verses about animals, they usually have something to teach us as well. I don't see harm in using spirit animals, it's just a matter of not letting your own bias not let you see what the animal is. I had a friend point out mine (Siberian husky) and I wouldn't have saw that if it weren't for her.
